It is well known that a hormone imbalance is the number one cause of acne. This imbalance directly affects the composition of sebum, with a reduction in the phospholipid content, resulting in a predisposition of blocked pores and pimples.

In addition, the pH of the acid mantle of the skin is disturbed during these pubescent changes, resulting in a susceptibility to propionibacterium acnes overgrowth, which in turn leads to a predisposition to skin infection.

Utilizing Biome Wellness three times per week (topically as well as internally) provides astounding results, typically within 3-5 weeks. The organically derived fulvic- and humic acids work quickly to restore the acid mantle, while the probiotics actively reduce inflammation (redness and swelling) and infection (pus formation).

CASE STUDY

This client had been suffering from acne-prone skin for more than two years. Conventional treatment included many courses of antibiotics as well as anti-inflammatories. Topical treatment included a benzoyl peroxide preparation, which seemed to cause sensitivity and flaking. Only moderate improvement resulted from this aforementioned treatment, and the client decided to halt treatment on his own accord before hearing about Biome Wellness.
